Comparing sox to the demo application on the same hardware really results in a
different sound at 15000hz.
Then I tried comparing a Windows XP desktop and my Debian notebook and the
results differ but I guess the hardware is also influencing in the results
(different sound hardware, internal/external speakers). I don't have dual boot
in any of these computers to compare unfortunately.
