Same results as before, fails to start a new game, current crash is at;

Full backtrace attached. This seems to be caused by unimplemented
d3d11_immediate_context_CSGetShader, which the game has called earlier.
Setting the *shader to 0xdeadbeef in CSGetShader results to crash at the same
place, and (iface=0xdeadbeef).
wine-2.3 with latest staging patches.
