Microsoft downloads in winetricks are not working anymore.

The URL is not available anymore.
I am not sure if this is a problem of the website, or if Microsoft removed all
that stuff.

EVen when I try this URL in Browser:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/WindowsInstaller/Install/2.0/NT45/EN-US/InstMsiW.exe

I got the message in browser: ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
