Probably duplicates Bug 40412.

First, this isn't a major bug, major means "major loss of functionality for a
wide range of applications".

Second, that game should work fine. Please provide a crashlog including
backtrace.
Does it work with "winetricks -q xna40 xact dotnet40"?
