Hi Artem, 
this bug has already been reported so ot`s a duplicate.

You can work around it for now by disabling virtdisk:

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=virtdisk=d wineconsole --backend=user "C:\\Program Files\\Far
Manager\\Far.exe"

The patch you attached is from Staging (made by Michael Muller actually), so
you could also try run in Staging for now
