The latest Overwatch patch (version 1.9.0.2.35361) have caused it to no longer
start in Wine with Andrew Wesie's patches.
Tested with the Wine build on Lutris (based on
https://github.com/gamax92/wine-overwatch). Error message box says:
Manifest/EXE mismatch. (0xE00600E0)
