[Bug 38436] Grand Theft Auto V failed to launch

It starts for me now. The main screen is only blank and I had to go to full
screen I quess I did alt+enter.

I had to workaround bug 38648.

I was able to start story mode game then. But it's all so slow and console is
spammed heavily.
