Ok I tested the exe you provided and I think I had similar experience some time
ago I just didnt bother to report. 

Fresh wineprefix, I can't see origin window, with wine-staging I see it but it
vanishes. 

Also the installer seems to require windows 7. Falling back xp mode wont work.

wine 2.4 and staging 2.4.

Origin is so irritating it tends to break very often with wine.
