Yes, I have limited the FPS to 60. Well, it helps a little bit... but not that
much. When it's past 30/35/40 mins. of game, the game is pretty much
unplayable, mainly in teamfights where it can drop to 10 (while, at the start
of game, I have an avg. 55/60 constant FPS).
