Oh really? I thought I successfully ran it with default Windows version once.
Maybe I mistook it.

There was a QQ account here but it doesn't work now. If you're willing you can
register one using this English form: https://ssl.zc.qq.com/en/index.html. It
may require a phone number, or requiring one when changing passwords.
