As of Wine 2.8, I've encountered this issue again (click outside when in
Windowed Mode, when clicking back on the game window, controls begin to spaz).

I tested on macOS Sierra, PCB v1.00b. In custom.exe, none of the checkboxes are
checked.

Can someone else confirm if this is the same issue (I.E. The regression patch
had a regression, bug was never fixed in the first place, etc.)? I'd love to do
the regression test myself, but Wine fails to compile for me.
