What does your wine --version say?

That screenshot doesnt help at all. You need to press the right button and then
it gives more details of the bug.

Also you should attach as attachment the console output before this window.

Battle.net requires some fonts. This is done with winetricks -q corefonts. Or
using wine-staging version of wine. Also I am not sure if Battle.net works
correctly (currently) with wine, without staging patches. 

Last time I tried SC2 it started to work without any patches from staging. I
tried the free trial they have I have no idea the name it's called.
