Unfortunately it does not help for me, I tried the installation 5 times with
and without the patch and I always have the same crash from comment 0. The
installer will only start if the Windows version is <=XP, it complains that >=
Vista do not match expected version.

+relay makes the setup work here so the I think it won't be useful to attach.
