With regard to the OpenGL artifacting, I can confirm that this still happens in
WoW Legion 7.2.0

However, Blizzard no longer provide the level of OpenGL support that they used
to. I suspect that this is a problem with the OpenGL implementation in WoW
itself, not wine.
