Did you install NET 3.5 via winetricks?

More details from appdb

-Cadencii needs .NET version 3.5 from winetricks and both (lib32-libpng12,
lib32-libxml) which you can get from your gnu/linux repository.

-Please install corefonts, takao, ipamona, fakejapanese, fakejapanese_ipamona,
and tohoma fonts for its font requirements on winetricks.

Can you test newer wine-staging with the workarounds mentioned?
