I'm having the same issue where no matter what, the Battlenet Helper will crash
when Windows is set to 7 or higher. Setting it to XP "fixes" it.

However, this effectively completely blocks Overwatch as it won't let me
install or run it, since it sees Windows XP!

This is actually a component of the Battlenet App, so this bug report
definitely belongs here. You cannot separate the two components, ergo this is
directly Battlenet App related.
