On wine 2.19 (as well as wine-staging 2.19) I am getting a page fault after a
long delay when any cygwin executable is ran (which also occurs as the final
stage of the initial setup):

Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000001 in 32-bit code
(0x610a38c2).
