I can confirm that wine-staging-2.20 was not enough to get a working installer,
but wine-staging-2.20 + Zebediah's patch from 34989 does allow the installer to
complete.
I'm not sure if STAGED is appropriate, given that it depends on a non-STAGED
patchset to work. I'm not opposed to it, but I don't feel confident enough to
set it either ;).
