It looks like it`s surely related, except the +relay log is slightly different.
That`s probably because the programme got updated:
sha1sum mt5setup.exe 
cf7e03b3e5f931db54c4f7438e82992f506e4382  mt5setup.exe

(Thats different/new version  from the programme that Focht analyzed)

So i`d suggest to leave this bug open for now.

I dunno much about this stuff but I think (and Google ;)) that the following
call should fail instead off succeed:

002f:Call
ntdll.NtSetInformationThread(fffffffffffffffe,00000011,00000000,00000000)
ret=1415ac2d3
002f:Ret  ntdll.NtSetInformationThread() retval=00000000 ret=1415ac2d3sts
