Game works for me in 64bit prefix with Wine-Staging 2.19, with enbseries and
NVSE, NVAC and with the "FNV 4GB Patcher" mod (
https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62552/? ).

Settings for both FalloutNV.exe and nvse_loader.exe are set to Windows 7 in
winecfg. Also for both, I have d3d9 library overriden to native,builtin (for
the d3d9.dll from enbseries inside the game folder) and winegstreamer library
set to disabled.

Furthermore, all options in the Staging tab in winecfg are UNcheked for both
and I also use "$ winetricks glsl=disabled" before "$ wine FalloutNV.exe" in my
launch script.

Under the Graphics tab, I've set "Automatically capture the mouse in
full-screen windows" and "Emulate a virtual Desktop" which is set to my primary
screens native resolution.

Finally in enblocal.ini, I've set the following values:
[MULTIHEAD]
ForceVideoAdapterIndex=true
VideoAdapterIndex=0
