Apologies for the delay in confirming, but yes, the issue still exists in Wine
2.20.  My existing patch (when tweaked to apply against 2.20) does not seem to
fix the problem anymore, as I still get black squares over bright spots in the
benchmark's character creation screen, but I suspect that's because there been
enough changes to Wine's shader translator that the patch no longer does its
job.
