I confirm this as well with Wine 2.20.

Trying to install 64bit Python. You get only to the point where you can select
the Name of the Folder (and the location you want to install Python) but then
it hangs on the "continue" and does nothing. Pressing "cancel" exits!

It would be fine, if this issue can finally be addressed and fixed.
