Works fine with nvidia 384.90 and wine staging 2.20 expect missing shadows (and
sboptimal performance). Sadly i can't enable dx10 mode for very high settings
(maybe that would fix the shadow issue as well cause crysis 2 with dx11 hsa
working shadows now, dx9 doesn't)
