I can confirm this for Ubuntu 17.04 x64, but not for KDE Neon 5.11 (wich is
based on Ubuntu 16.04). A workaround here:

$ winetricks orm=backbuffer

It solves the problem for me on AMD and Intel graphics, at least for now.
