Nothing changed, I did get this message every time, just need to scroll quite a
bit to see it since the resolution is screwed up every time after that.

The one encouraging me to make bug reports here said, I should only do that
with clean prefixes.

Which runtime would that be?
I just tried it with vcrun2013 applied but same result.
