+relay logs

+relay log seems to show something here:

broken:

good:
> 0009:Call KERNEL32.lstrlenW(001ac460 L"WpfSimpleTestApp.resources, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=en-US, PublicKeyToken=null") ret=7917c299

We seem to get "en" when we should get "en-US", this could lead to an endless
loop.
