xardas01:  Yes, there is a fix, though it's not a convenient one.  As I wrote
above, you need to compile non-staging wine 2.21 with one patch from
wine-staging 2.21:  the patch "kernel32-SetFileCompletionNotificationModes". 
This one patch is necessary for Blizzard App to work.  You can't use full
wine-staging 2.21 because it includes a patch, the patch
"server-send_hardware_message", that triggers this
mouse-downs-register-as-mouse-clicks problem.  Unfortunately, compiling wine
for yourself is not trivial.
