[Bug 44090] Sourcetree couldn't installed

1) winetricks -q dotnet462
After installing dotnet462 winetricks for unknown reason setting windows
version to "win xp". Why? Sourcetree needed minimum "windows 7"

2) After increasing window version to "windows server 2008 r2"
Sourcetree for unknown reason start install .NET 4.5 and looks like this
installation hangs. (I was waiting more than 10 minutes, but progress bar not
move forward)
