A) Attach logs/pictures, don't use external sites.
B) You're running this under playonlinux, but then running it without the GUI.
Are you sure you set WINEPREFIX appropriately?
C) You're running wine-1.6.2, which is several years old and not supported.

I'd suggest seeking help in the forums or from PlayonLinux.
