I'm getting the same failure error when trying to register sapi.dll copied from
a Windows 7 installation. Also tried with the graphical interface, without
success.

I could not get the program running using Windows sapi.dll, probably due to the
registration error.

It really seems that winetricks is not installing sapi.dll, as the original
file provided by wine 2.18 remains untouched after installation.
