The bug is related in that it effectively blocks this one. Any bug with an
application is always potentially a bug due to an incomplete install, and
simply copying files from a Windows installation is an incomplete install (e.g.
registry entries could be missing). Since a pure Wine install also produces
this bug, that proves its validity.
