[Bug 22077] cspro 4.0 hangs when pressing key or mouse during popup selection

the bug still exist in wine 2.18 and CSPro 7, how to test:

1. download cspro 7 from
https://www.census.gov/population/international/software/cspro/userregistration.html?resource=cspro70.exe,
just press skip to directly download the installer

2. run CSPro 7

3. Open data entry samples from My Documents/CSPro/Examples 7.0/1 - Data
Entry/Selecting Cases/SelCaseX.ent


4. When opened, run the data entry by pressing CTRL+R

5. Just press ok on all file dialog.

6. Follow screen data entry text, press 1-9.

7. Press 1 for example, and leave blank "Data Search" and press ENTER

9. Dialog of list data will appeared, pressing down arrow or choose case by
mouse will show unrecognized dialog and then stuck.
