Confirming, though it`s a duplicate.

The installer suffers from two bugs:

The following two patches make the installer succeed:

The application itsself needs .Net. It then crashes, but I was able to start
the application using native jscript (there`s a
fixme:jscript:JScript_QueryInterface
(0x100ade30)->({51973c10-cb0c-11d0-b5c9-00a0244a0e7a} 0x32d618) in the
console).

Ikm resolving this as duplicate for now
