Confirming. I tested this yesterday and wasn`t able to get running. 

Tried several things as installing mdac28, native dlls etc. For me it comes up
with a window that I should change my languagesettings to german, but then
exits silently like it did in comment 6.

wine-2.18-170-gde7220e2 nor wine-2.18-1-gf81b06b (Staging) gets it running
