Debian based distros can not install 32-bit version of gstreamer plugins
(see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gst-plugins-bad0.10/+bug/1082442
)

This bug is not wine fault. Please, switch for a more decent distro if you want
to play this game. Fedora is known to work fine with winegstremaer.

This bug can mark as duplicate of bug 43659.
