Adding some info + changed title a bit

This is yet another installer that uses ``Squirrel technology``

I was able to get the application running by installing .Net 4.6.2 en then do

7z x GitHubDesktopSetup.exe
7z x GitHubDesktop-1.0.1-full.nupkg 
cd lib/net45/
wine GitHubDesktop.exe


The installer itsself requires Staging:

wine runas /trustlevel:0x20000 GitHubDesktopSetup.exe but then complains about
some .Net things not being right
