Backtrace when running SteamSetup.exe

This is a regression introduced in 2.17.
This commit caused it:

ntdll: Store memory views in a binary tree instead of a list.

The commit before this one doesn't have this problem.
Like I mentioned in the title, this only happens when compiling with gcc4.2,
when compiled with clang3.8 it works fine.
