[Bug 43498] Built-in comctl32 doesn't show Send To menu in Winamp

Recently reinstalled Fedora 26 from scratch with its wine 2.18-1.fc26 and then
installed Winamp and I still experience this issue. It's easy to reproduce:

$ wget
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetricks
$ chmod +x winetricks 
$ WINEARCH=win32 ./winetricks -q directmusic directplay directx9 gdiplus ie8
mfc42 wmp10 windowmanagerdecorated=n
$ WINEARCH=win32 ./winetricks winamp

No "Send To" menu (and if you run `WINEARCH=win32 ./winetricks comctl32`,
Winamp crashes on "Add File").
