Tried regression testing with;
https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/
The last working build is 460097, 460103 fails.

There's only 6 commits between these builds. What breaks it;

Here's a dirty hack for starters, fixes missing texts from Steam, Uplay and
