[Bug 25543] Submitter's test results missing from 'Test Results' table

The link in the Description now shows the correct test results in the table
along with the displayed text. It would not have shown in the test results
table before it was processed, because that table only shows accepted results.
And processing has always had to be done via the queue.

As for the link in comment 2, that now leads to a 404 Not found page with the
message "This entry has been deleted (class: version, id: 25760)
Its content may have been moved to another entry." The commenter himself
confirms that's exactly what he did, and testingId 71530 is currently accepted
and visible under version 24023, so the test must have been accessible in the
testResults queue after it was moved in order for someone to accept it.

AFAICT, the AppDB was behaving as expected in both cases. If this is still an
issue, please explain exactly what the bug is.
