This looks a bit odd, are you missing libraries?

Just tried it with
https://www.battle.net/download/getInstallerForGame?os=win&locale=deDE&version=LIVE&gameProgram=BATTLENET_APP
but it worked fine.
Did you try it in a fresh wineprefix? Can you give more information on how to
reproduce the issue?
