Try a different way to install Warcraft III on your computer: download the game
directly from Blizzard official page:
https://eu.battle.net/shop/fr/product/warcraft-iii-reign-of-chaos
You will need a valid key to download the last version of the game.
I tested yesterday evening, it works! No need for dll or workaround, it works.
