Bruno's patch from bug 27084 + remove todo_wine

Bruno's patch still works with current Wine. It was missing the removal of
todo_wine for MoveFileA test, so adding it here.

Bruno said in bug 27084 that his patch was rejected, but I can't find this in
wine-devel archives.

Does anyone know the reason it was rejected?
