It starts indeed fine here in prefix where I have dotnet351sp1 installed.
Clicked a few things/menus and seems to run fine AFAICT. 

@Reporter of bug: please try reinstall in a fresh prefix, and use winetricks to
install dotnet. This bug is for now resolved as invalid

Please feel free to reopen if you still run into trouble after following the
aforementioned recipe. Thanks
