hum.... simple and good idea. directmanipulation is not implemented before
windows 8, so in windows 7 mode, functions are never called ! Other very good
point (I don't know if there is a link with directmanipulation), before
contextual sub-menus were badly displayed, and now it's ok !

It works for me !

I think just, we could add a simple stub for this dll to avoid similar issues
in other applications. no ?
