Hello folks,

anything that complains about unimplemented function
'MSVCR100_CLR0400.dll.foobar' where 'foobar' is:

* _except_handler4_common
* __initterm_e
* _excep
...

is the result of a broken WINEPREFIX (buggged 'winetricks' recipe(s), broken
manual install etc.).

You can't use .NET Framework 4.5.x components with WinVer lower than 'Windows
7' by design. Those errors are an indication of this.

Run 'Winecfg' in such a prefix to check.
