[Bug 43277] Far Cry 3 has poor performance (Ryzen CPU-specific issue?)

I tried the hack patch. With it, the logical cores are correctly reported :

Unfortunatly, for the game (FarCry3) there isn't effect. Even with the hack +
all cpus enabled, i still have 10-15 FPS instead of 35-40FPS with 6 last cpus
disabled.
