Okay, thanks for all your testing. It again suggests that this is not a Wine
bug after all and something else (probably the kernel) is to blame. We should
probably try to figure out what's the peculiarity of Far Cry 3's CPU usage that
makes it so troublesome for Ryzen.
If someone has any other idea how Wine could be implicated in the bug, that
would be interesting too.

BTW, we certainly want to fix GetLogicalProcessorInformation[Ex]() anyway.
