[Bug 43468] The game StarCraft2 hang when I click on the "exit game" button. I have to kill the process.

Wine Staging 3.3 does not have this issue, while Wine vanilla 3.3 has this
issue.
But this issue has been finally fixed since Wine 3.4 and Wine Staging 3.3.
I've done downgrade to different versions of Wine and Wine Staging specifically
to experimentally find out which version of Wine has fixed this bug.
