[Bug 44942] It is currently impossible to submit test results for Wine-staging, it says discontinued.

The checkbox was disabled because official WineHQ staging releases stopped.
While work has unofficially been done on bringing staging up to date, there are
still no staging packages on dl.winehq.org, nor have I seen any official
acknowledgment of Alistair as the WineHQ staging maintainer. If and when that
happens, I will send a patch to re-enable the checkbox. 

As to what the holdup is, that's a question I'd like an answer to myself.

Yes. At present, users should submit test results for the development release,
and if wine-staging solves any problems, mention that in the Extra comments
section.
